Maciej Pilarek has been involved in business legal services since the beginning:

• He started his professional activity eighteen years ago – in 2006. He has completed dozens of business law projects of very high value, in addition to hundreds of other projects – the vast majority in the area of business, commercial and tax law.
• He provides legal advice on strategic business matters, aspects of business management, as well as the management of private assets of significant value. He conducts negotiations and makes recommendations.
• He is a personal advisor to management boards and business owners, a member of supervisory boards of corporate structures in Poland and abroad. She has extensive experience in handling family businesses and succession planning.
• She conducts business reorganisation projects in Poland and abroad, transactional and financing processes, as well as business legal disputes (civil and criminal).
• Prior to his professional activity within PLA.partners, for fourteen years he co-founded and then, as Director and Partner, led a team of lawyers concentrated in three legal departments in one of the largest, recognised law firms in Poland.
